Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using FINIVO.PK ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on free trials.

2. The Service

FINIVO.PK provides cloud-based accounting software including but not limited to: account ledgers, financial reporting, FBR Digital Invoicing, payroll processing, inventory management, CRM, and VAT management. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Free trial

Free trials provide full access to the features of the selected plan for 14 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Your data is retained for 30 days after trial expiry before permanent deletion.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Yearly subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days of the billing period
• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Pakistani law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use the Service to process data on behalf of third parties without their consent
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service

7. Your data

You retain full ownership of all financial data and content you enter into the platform. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You may export your data at any time. We will not use your financial data for any purpose other than operating the platform on your behalf.

8. FBR integration

The FBR Digital Invoicing integration transmits invoice data to the Federal Board of Revenue as required by Pakistani tax law. By using this feature, you confirm that the data you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of your business. We are not liable for penalties arising from inaccurate data submitted by users.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINIVO.PK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or regulatory penalties. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or fail to pay subscription fees after notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
